1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AI Influencer Pro ("Platform"), operated by AI Influencer Pro ("we," "us," "our") based in Sydney, Australia. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide AI-generated influencer content including custom AI influencers, product try-ons, images, videos, and brand integration services for marketing and promotional purposes.

3. Subscription & Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer monthly subscription plans with varying features and content allowances as detailed on our pricing page.

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew until canceled.

3.3 Top-Up Credits

• Additional content credits purchased as top-ups never expire
• Monthly subscription credits do not carry over and reset each billing cycle

3.4 Refunds

No refunds for subscription fees or top-up packages except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain all intellectual property rights to AI-generated content created through your account.

4.2 Brand Assets

Any uploaded brand assets (logos, colors, examples) remain your property and are used solely for creating your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our Platform to create content that:

• Infringes on third-party rights
• Contains explicit, discriminatory, or illegal material
• Is deceptive or harmful

6. Brand Guidelines Integration

We will make reasonable efforts to incorporate your brand guidelines but cannot guarantee exact matches in all cases. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the previous 12 months. We make no warranties about content suitability for specific purposes.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain rights to content already downloaded.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
